Use this help center to set up your firm workspace and help team members start daily work in Assisterp.
Set up your firm
Section titled “Set up your firm”- Getting Started: sign in and choose the first setup tasks.
- Firm Setup: complete the Organization settings that affect your firm workspace.
- Employees and Roles: add employees, create custom roles, and manage permissions.
- Settings: find the right settings area before changing firm-wide defaults.
Starting daily work
Section titled “Starting daily work”- First Day in Assisterp: sign in, check the dashboard, and find the main work areas.
- Clients: find, filter, sort, import, and export client and contact records.

Section titled “Reference”- Permissions and Visibility: understand why menus, tabs, or actions may be hidden or disabled.
