Attendance reports and analytics

Branch admins, HR staff, and firm owners can use Attendance Report to monitor sign-in activity across the firm, correct session records, review time-off requests, and export attendance data.

If Attendance or its tabs are hidden, see Permissions and Visibility.

  1. Select Attendance from the left sidebar, then select Attendance Report.
  2. Select a tab across the top: Daily Attendance, Monthly Summary, Missing Records, Time Off, Schedules, or Leaves & Holidays Configurations.

The Daily Attendance tab lists one row per employee per day, with columns for Employee, Status, Sign In Time, Sign Out Time, Day, and Finalized.

Status shows one of: Present, Absent, Late, Half Day, Missing Sign Out, Holiday, Leave, Weekend, or Not Available.

Quick filters above the table narrow the list to My Attendance, Today, Remote Login, Office Login, Present, or Absent. Use the filter bar below the quick filters to filter or search by date, employee, work mode, or status.

The Monthly Summary tab aggregates each employee’s attendance for a selected month, with columns for Employee, Month, Year, Office Days, Present Days, Remote Days, Absent Days, Missing Signout, Avg Hour Per Day, and Total Hour.

The Missing Records tab flags sessions with no sign-out timestamp, with columns for Employee, Status, Work Mode, Sign In Time, Sign Out Time, Day, and Finalized. Quick filters narrow the list to My Attendance, Today, Remote Login, Office Login, or Absent.

Selecting a row on Daily Attendance or Missing Records opens Attendance Sessions, showing every sign-in/sign-out pair recorded for that employee on that day with columns Sign In Time, Sign Out Time, and Work Mode.

  1. Select the edit icon on the session that needs correcting to open Update Attendance.
  2. Adjust Work Mode, Sign In, Sign Out, or Status as needed.
  3. Select Save Changes.

If a day has no recorded session at all, selecting its row opens Update Attendance directly instead of the sessions list.

The Time Off tab lists time-off requests firm-wide, with columns for Employee, Time Off Type, Leave Type, Leave Unit, Status, Start Date, End Date, Requested Leaves, and Created At. Quick filters narrow the list to My Time Off, Today, Pending Time Off, Approved Time Off, Rejected Time Off, Full Days, Short Leaves, or Half Days.

  1. Select a request to open Approve Time Off Request.
  2. Review the requested dates and Reason.
  3. Enter an optional Comment.
  4. Select Approve or Reject.

Only requests with Pending status can be approved; a request already Approved can still be rejected.

The Schedules tab sets an individual employee’s weekly working hours.

  1. Select an employee from the list on the left.
  2. For each day, toggle it on or off and set the start and end time.
  3. Choose Office or Remote as the work mode for that day.
  4. Select Save.

The employee’s This Week’s Schedule on their own My Attendance > Today view reflects these hours (see Attendance and sign in).

The Leaves & Holidays Configurations tab holds the firm’s holiday calendar and leave policies. See Leave management and holiday schedules for how to configure them.

Export is available from Daily Attendance, Monthly Summary, Missing Records, and Time Off.

  1. Open the tab you want to export and, optionally, apply filters.
  2. Select Export (the download icon in the action bar) to open Download File.
  3. Choose All Records or Filtered Records.
  4. Set Select No. of Records (up to 5000) and Enter Page Number.
  5. Choose Excel or JSON as the format.
