Branch-level settings
Section titled “Branch-level settings”A branch carries its own copy of several firm settings, so a second office can run on different hours or different formatting without affecting the first. Branch settings cover:
- Profile and Address for the branch’s own identity details.
- Working Hours for the hours that branch operates.
- Display Settings for Date Format, Time Format, Week Start Day, Currency Code, Currency Symbol, Currency Symbol Position, Decimal Separator, and Number of Decimal Places.
- Branding & Logo for the logo and colours used on that branch’s documents.
- Payment Gateway and reminder settings for the branch.
A branch also has its own attendance module switch, so attendance can be on for one branch and off for another.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Employees and Roles covers adding staff and assigning them to a branch.
- Settings covers the firm-wide equivalents of these settings.
