First Day in Assisterp

Start here when your firm already uses Assisterp and you need to begin daily work.

  • You need an active Assisterp user account from your firm.
  • If you do not know the sign-in page, ask your manager or firm administrator.
  • If a sidebar item is missing, see Permissions and Visibility.
  1. Open your firm’s Assisterp sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select Login.

If you cannot sign in, select Forgot Password? and follow the recovery steps.

Open Dashboard first. It gives a quick view of your assigned work, including task, invoice, and meeting cards when your role has access to those areas.

The dashboard can show cards such as My Total Tasks, My Due Tasks, My Total Invoices, My Overdue Invoices, My Total Meetings, and My Upcoming Meetings, along with lists such as My Due Tasks and My Upcoming Meetings.

Selecting a task card or task row can take you to the related task list or task detail.

Use the left sidebar to move through Assisterp:

  • Clients: find client records and client-related work.
  • Task: review tasks assigned to you or your team.
  • Calendar: review All Events, Tasks, and Meetings views.
  • Time Sheet: work with time entries when your firm tracks time in Assisterp.
  • Accounting: review Invoices, Trxns, Wallet, or Items when your role includes accounting access.
  • Workflow: work with Jobs and Pipelines when your role includes workflow access.
  • Help: send feedback or request support.
  • Settings: only visible when your role includes settings access.

If an area is missing from your sidebar, ask an administrator to review your Role And Permission assignment.

  1. Select Clients.
  2. Choose Individual, Business, CRM, or Groups.
  3. Search or filter the list.
  4. Select a row to open the record.

See Clients for search, filter, sorting, import, and export steps.
